Return and Exchange Policy: 

All sales are final. However, LancGoods wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if it is incorrect or is damaged during shipping. 

Shipping:

Each edition will be shipped during a specific shipping window previously designated on the website.  The shipping cost will be paid by the client.  You are always welcome to pick up the edition in Lancaster on the designated pick up event days previously established for no charge.
